2. Non-Refundable Items and Services
The following purchases are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Courses or services purchased at a discount of 50% or more (unless specifically stated otherwise)
- Promotional bundles marked as "final sale" or "non-refundable"
- Courses where you have completed more than 30% of the content
- Services where you have received a certificate of completion
- One-time consultations or completed mentorship sessions
- Downloadable resources after they have been accessed or downloaded
- Services purchased more than 30 days ago (except for subscription services)
- Third-party certification exam fees

3. Subscription Services
3.1 All-Access Pass
For our annual All-Access Pass:
- Full refund available within 14 days of initial purchase if less than 3 courses accessed
- No refunds after 14 days or if 3 or more courses have been accessed
- Subscription automatically renews annually unless cancelled
- No refunds for renewal charges unless cancelled at least 7 days before renewal date
- Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the paid period
3.2 Monthly Mentorship Subscriptions
For monthly mentorship subscriptions:
- Refund available within 7 days of first payment if no session has occurred
- After first session, no refunds for current month

- No prorated refunds for partial months
